A Newfoundland man who took the concept of staycationing to a whole new level says he intends to finish his goal of visiting every community in the province once a vaccine is found.
Brian Lynch purchased a 30-year-old used motorhome and hit the road, visiting every single community in Newfoundland and 27 communities in Labrador over the course of 84 days.

Lynch says among the most unique communities he visited was Francois on the south coast, accessible only by ferry. There are no roads into the community and no cars. The town has boardwalks throughout and everyone uses quads.
Lynch documented the entire journey on Facebook.
He says his only regret is that COVID-19 restrictions prevented him from visiting the five communities on the north coast of Labrador.
Lynch says if all is well, he’s going to fly to Goose Bay next year and take that trip.
