An investigation is underway into the theft of tools from a utility truck in the area of Boyd’s Cove late last week.
According to police, the incident is believed to have happened sometime on Friday or Saturday.
Someone cut the locks off tool boxes inside a utility truck parked by the side of Route 331, and made off with their contents.
A STIHL chainsaw with a 16-inch bar, a De Walt drill, a Mastercraft socket set, and a wrench set were stolen.
