All residents and staff at the Valley Vista Senior Citizen’s Home in Springdale are being tested for COVID-19 after Central Health received confirmation of a positive case in the region.
Until testing is completed, visitation to the Valley Vista Senior Citizens Home is not allowed.
Exceptions may be made for residents in palliative care.
In the meantime, staff are encouraging families to communicate with loved ones by phone or online.
Central Health is continuing to monitor the situation and is prepared to respond as deemed necessary.
