A 25-year-old woman is facing a slew of charges, including damaging a police car, after an attempted break and entry in the capital city.
At around 5:20 Friday evening, RNC responded to an attempted break and enter in the west end of St. John’s.
Police arrived and arrested a woman, who was placed in the back of a police car. The woman was spotted damaging the inside of the car while detained. She also provided a fake name to the officers.
She is charged with assault, public mischief, and property damage and was held to appear in court.
