A 59-year-old man is charged with assaulting an officer following an altercation at a business.
At 9:00 p.m. last night, RNC officers received a call of an unwelcomed man at a centre city business.
Police arrived, and after an altercation, a 59-year-old man was arrested for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.
The man was held for court in the morning.
