The Trans Canada Highway outside St. John’s partially reopened to traffic this morning after being shut down all weekend.
The TCH between Holyrood and Foxtrap is now one lane in each direction. There is lag time but traffic is moving.
The Department of Transportation says work is continuing today and that it should have an update this afternoon.
