Locked out municipal workers in Grand Falls-Windsor will stage a rally at the town hall this afternoon.
The lockout is now into its second month with no end in sight and no new talks planned.
CUPE National President Mark Hancock will be in town for the public rally on High Street from noon until 1:30 p.m. There will be another gathering for family and friends from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Among the speakers are Hancock, NDP Leader Alison Coffin, NAPE President Jerry Earle, and area MP Scott Simms.
