TechNL will be hosting its Innovation Week this week.

The organization will be hosting a series of virtual events from Monday to Thursday, focused on company growth.

Every day will have a speaker focusing on a different aspect of growth such as how to accelerate it and diversity.

Wednesday will aim to entice students, with virtual booths where they can talk with those working in the tech sector about culture and job opportunities.

The event will close with an inaugural awards ceremony.

CEO of TechNL, Paul Preston, highlights the discussion on diversity as one of the important events of the weekend.

He says in the sector, they are trying to solve problems that have never been solved before, so it’s important to have a variety of experience and talent around the table.
