The Junior Forest Wardens are participating in a special tree planting event this Remembrance Day.
The annual tree plant event will start with a Moment of Reflection followed by a tree planting demonstration.
Kim Todd, Founder of Guide for the Good says they intend to plant some 1500 seedlings in the area of the cloverleaf at Rickett’s Bridge on Portugal Cove Road.
The event will take place on Thursday, November 11th from 1:30 to 3:30.
Volunteers are being invited to register on the Eventbrite website.
