The City of St. John’s has begun work on its street maintenance program.
The Annual Streets Rehabilitation Program is currently underway and will continue into the late fall season.
The work includes repairs to curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and the paving of roads to make the streets of St. John’s safer for vehicles and pedestrians.
The city reminds motorists to watch for construction workers on the roads and to obey signage in designated construction zones that will be popping up in the coming months.
