Salmon angling in Gros Morne National Park has opened, albeit two weeks later than usual.
The catch and possession limit for Atlantic salmon caught in the park is two fish.
Angling is permitted on Lomond River from the park boundary to the high tide marks at Bonne Bay, East Branch Lomond River, and parts of Deer Arm Brook.
Salmon angling is not permitted on non-scheduled waters.
Catch and release is prohibited with some exceptions.
