A man blew more than three times over the legal limit after a two-vehicle accident on McDonald Drive, Near Carrick Drive in St. John’s early Thursday evening.
The 48-year-old was charged with drunk driving s the RNC seized his driver’s license and vehicle. He was released to appear in court at a later date.
