VOCM’s Block the Bus campaign will come to a close today with a live broadcast this afternoon from the Village Shopping Centre.
A Metrobus will be parked outside of the shopping centre along Topsail Road where folks will be encouraged to drop off any last-minute donations of school supplies in support of the Single Parent Association.
Some of the most needed items include duotangs, math kits, scientific calculators and loose leaf.
The broadcast begins at 1 p.m. with entertainment provided inside the Village by MusicNL.
