MusicNL announced its 2022 Award Nominees for Music Week this morning in Corner Brook.

Music Celebration Week will take place on the west coast from October 26 to October 29.

Leading the way are Ife Alaba, Rachel Cousins, Nick Earle & The Reckless Hearts, and Jason Benoit with five nominations followed by Deantha Edmunds, Kubasonics, Mick Davis & Thin Love, Florian Hoefner, Quote the Raven with four nominations each.

VOCM’s Greg Smith and K-Rock’s Chris Batstone have been nominated for Media Person of the Year.
