Registered sex offender Matthew Twyne has pleaded not guilty to the latest charges against him.
Twyne has more than a hundred convictions on his record, most for breaching court orders, which he’s accused of doing again earlier this year.
He’s supposed to stay away from places frequented by kids, such as playgrounds, but was arrested outside a school in May.
Twyne, who also remains in custody, denies he was there for any sexual purpose and will argue his case during a two-day trial in January.
