The largest high school hockey tournament in the province starts today in Paradise with 16 boys’ teams and 12 girls’ teams representing 19 different schools.
Games go today through Friday to determine seeding for the playoff matchups on the weekend.
Championship games for the Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament are set for 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon with opening ceremonies going at 7:30 p.m. Thursday night.
