Hundreds of federal striking workers made their views known at the constituency office of the minister of labour today.
Now into week two of the strike, members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada demonstrated outside MP Seamus O’Regan’s office on Topsail Road.

They want higher wages and greater flexibility when it comes to working from home.
MP O’Regan says he is unable to discuss any details of the dispute as he’s aware that anything he says could change the tone at that table.
He states that all he’s interested in is getting a deal done as quickly as possible; one that is fair for both workers and tax payers.
