Metro police stopped a man on Topsail Road in Paradise overnight and seized not only his vehicle, but a radar detector. The 37-year-old man was charged for impaired driving.
It is illegal to have a radar detector in one’s vehicle as it interferes with justice. The man was ticketed under the Highway Traffic Act.
The man was released for court at a later date.
