The Public Utilities Board has a new chair. Kevin Fagan was appointed by government yesterday.
Fagan’s appointment is for a term of seven years.
He has worked in various regulatory roles in the electric utility industry for the past 40 years. Most recently, Fagan was Vice-President Regulatory and Stakeholder Relations at Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro. He has also been employed at Newfoundland Power.
