European Union leaders will gather in St. John’s next month for the 19th Canada-EU Leaders’ Summit.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will host the President of the European Council Charles Michel, and the President of the European Commission Ursula von de Leyen.
Among the key topics of discussion will be climate change, biodiversity loss, technology, research and innovation, job creation and building the middle class.
The leaders will also explore strengthening trade under the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and trade Agreement.
The summit is scheduled for November 23rd and 24th in St. John’s.
