Police in Carbonear are investigating a hit and run involving a pedestrian last week.
RCMP say a youth was struck while crossing at Goff Avenue near the TC Square around 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.
There were no injuries, but the vehicle, a black car, took off from the scene before police arrived.
They’re now looking for the public’s help in identifying the man who is described as in his forties and was wearing a high-visibility orange and yellow jacket at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Harbour Grace RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
