RNC have laid impaired driving charges in their investigation into a fatal single vehicle crash in the capital city this past December.
Just before 6 a.m. on December 10, first responders rushed to the scene where a car had crashed into a home on Empire Avenue, killing a 32-year-old male passenger and injuring two others.
The driver, 38-year-old Rodney Constantine is facing multiple charges, including impaired driving causing death, impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, impaired driving over 80 mg, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm,
The accused has been released to appear in court at a later date.
