The provincial government is offering older adults and those more vulnerable to complications from the COVID virus with spring booster doses.
Those 65 years of age and older, residents of long-term and personal care homes, as well as those 6 months of age or older who are moderately to severely immunocompromised due to an existing condition or treatment are eligible for a bivalent COVID booster shot.
The vaccine will only be available until May 1, so people who are eligible are encouraged to book their appointment.
