The cast and crew of Son of a Critch have put a bow on season 4 of the popular television series.
The series, based on the life of young Mark Critch, was filmed in areas all over this province over the summer months.
It’s become a mainstay on Canadian screens since its release, but has also taken on a new life south of the border, with episodes now airing on popular American channels.
Famed actor Malcom McDowell, who plays pop, says the past few years working on the show have gone by in a flash.
“St. John’s is so fabulous,” he told VOCM News. “It’s like a family and it’s so comfortable doing the show here. I think that’s why it’s gone so fast.”
Season 4 is set to air in January.
