Minimum wage earners in the province are set to get a bump in pay this spring.
Labour Minister Lisa Dempster says the minimum wage rate will go up by 40 cents come April 1st, bringing the hourly rate to $16.00 an hour.
The minimum overtime wage will increase to $24.00.
The increase is linked to changes in the National Consumer Price Index.
