A leisurely stroll downtown turned into a mad dash from police for one woman who was on the RNC’s wanted list.
Officers patrolling the area spotted the 35-year-old out for a walk around 11:00 last night. When approached by police, she bolted, with police following her to a nearby house.
She was arrested at the home and taken to the lockup on several outstanding warrants and additional charges of failure to attend court, breach of release order, and resisting arrest.
She was held for court.
