Anticipation is building with the 2025 East Coast Music Awards Festival and Conference in St. John’s just one month away.

The event runs May 7th to the 11th, with activities and performances schedulled across various venues in downtown St. John’s.

Michelle Eagles, chair of the ECMAs, says they just announced their first “wave” artists that will be performing, with another announcement potentially happening later this week.

In total, Eagles says some 110 artists will be performing throughout the week.

She describes the event as being “energetic.”

“If there is any such thing as too much to take in, that’s the case here.” She says there will be events happening all the time, and believes it will be a “magical” time.
