An Air Canada flight bound for Paris had to make an unexpected stop in St. John’s after a passenger got out of hand.
The aircraft, which originated from Montreal, diverted to YYT just after 1:00 this morning due to an unruly passenger.
The 43-year-old man was escorted off the plane by RNC and charged under the Aeronautics Act for unruly and dangerous behaviour.
He was held for court.
