It took a few hours, but metro police rounded up a trio at a residence on Topsail Road in Mount Pearl late last night.
RNC went to the house around 9:00 p.m. after receiving a call about an unwelcome person inside.
Police received no cooperation from the residents, so they obtained a warrant to enter the premises. First, they arrested a 39-year-old man and charged him with breaching court orders. Then, they arrested a 40-year-old man and charged him with theft and four breaches of court orders. The third man, a 33-year-old, was found around midnight hiding in the attic insulation. He faces additional charges of theft and breaching court orders, and also had a counterfeit $50 bill on him.
All three spent the night at the lockup.
