A collision on the Trans Labrador Highway yesterday evening claimed the life of 46-year-old man.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene between Happy Valley-Goose Bay and the Cartwright Highway junction just after 6 p.m. where an SUV had collided with a commercial truck.
The driver of the SUV died at the scene. The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.
A collision analyst and the office of the chief medical examiner have been engaged. The investigation is ongoing.
