An auction of items that made up the personal collection of the late Hockey Night in Canada broadcaster, Bob Cole closes today.
Cole, who passed away in the spring of 2024 at the age of 90, was also an accomplished athlete, Brier skip, radio announcer and pilot.
His collection reflects his many passions including aviation, war history, music, the American mafia, baseball, curling, soccer, golf, rowing, Newfoundlandia and yes, hockey.
In person viewing of Cole’s collection closes this evening at 6:00. The many items can also be viewed at Barrett’s Auctions online.
