Memorial University is expanding its support for members of the Canadian Armed Forces by having their military service experience and education recognized as course credit equivalents.
The intent is to help those who serve, or have served, complete their degree, certificate or diploma programs faster, and with less expense.
Armed Forces members can, with the help of an academic advisor, apply to have certain courses waived if they can demonstrate that they’ve already gained the appropriate knowledge.
