A 28-year-old man is facing serious charges following a disturbance at a home on Pennywell Road early Monday morning.
RNC were called to the residence around 12:45 Monday morning. A 49-year-old man was sent to hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the suspect was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The victim remains in hospital.
