Police threw the book at a man caught driving a motorcycle without any credentials but who is significantly indebted to the Crown.
The RNC pulled over the 48-year-old in the east end of St. John’s around 10:00 Friday morning. They found that he never did hold the proper class licence to operate a motorcycle, had no insurance, did not bother to register the bike, and had a suspended driver’s licence.
In addition, he’s on the hook to the fines department for $12,000.
