The investigation is ongoing after a traffic stop in Happy Valley-Goose Bay resulted in the seizure of suspected cocaine, cash and various drug paraphernalia.
RCMP say the vehicle was stopped on Monday and the three occupants, two men and a woman, were arrested.
The driver, who has a date with the courts on unrelated drug trafficking charges, was released on conditions.
A woman and another male were released from custody.
RCMP say a number of drug-related charges are anticipated.
