A man is without his vehicle after RNC found it was not fit to be on the road.
Officers hauled the car over on Elizabeth Avenue just after 9:00 yesterday morning after noticing the vehicle had a smashed windshield with several parts being held together by duct tape.
The 40-year-old man behind the wheel was ticketed for driving without a licence or insurance and driving without proper tires.
The vehicle was impounded.
