A man whose driver’s license had already been suspended was nabbed in the wee hours Saturday after the owner of the car he was operating called the RCMP. They told police on the west coast that not only did the person take the vehicle without permission, but he appeared to be impaired.
RCMP pulled him over on Steel Mountain Road in St. George’s, but he refused the breathalyzer.
He was released to appear in court in February on charges of impaired driving and refusal.
