The RNC has arrested a man wanted on a number of serious charges stemming from a Boxing Day disturbance at a home in Portugal Cove-St. Phillips.
The RNC say one person was found injured in the home, and a warrant was issued for Christopher Michael Tucker who had already left the scene.
Tucker was picked up by police today and held to appear in court on charges of break and enter, assault, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats and damage to property.
Tucker is also facing a number of other unrelated outstanding charges.
