A woman who tried to gulp down the evidence after police officers saw her with an open can of beer is back in custody.

RNC spotted the 36-year-old, who was wanted by police, standing on a sidewalk just after midnight. They say she then quickly consumed a can of beer, she was on court order not to have any alcohol.

She has been charged with breaching court orders.
