Air Canada and PAL Airlines are extending their commercial agreement to expand service in Eastern Canada.
The existing agreement, involving PAL’s operation of Air Canada Express regional flights, will be extended by another four years to 2032.
PAL will acquire another five Dash 8-400s – increasing its fleet from 6 to 11 aircraft.
Air Canada’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Mark Galardo says the agreement will support overall growth in its regional network.
A letter of intent has been signed, subject to final negotiations.
