The chair of the former Churchill Falls MOU oversight panel is prepared to share his insights once he has a look at his confidentiality agreement.
Dennis Browne headed the oversight panel created by the former Liberal Government.
The panel was dismantled by the Wakeham government after last fall’s election, and replaced.
Browne subsequently retired as Consumer Advocate, a role that has been filled on an interim basis by lawyer Adrienne Ding.
Browne says he’s willing to talk, as long as it’s not in violation of his agreement.
“I am in a confidentiality agreement as to what I can’t say,” says Browne, “but I’m reviewing all of that now, and I hope to say a lot more once I see what exactly I can be saying.”
