A 19-year-old man is without his car and license after Glovertown RCMP captured him travelling nearly twice the posted speed limit Friday morning.
Shortly after 11:00, an officer patrolling Route 320 between Gambo and Hare Bay stopped a vehicle travelling 154 kmh in an 80 kmh zone.
The man was given a ticket for excessive speeding.
