The Board of Trade will have a new chair and directors this week.
Anna Cook, a corporate commercial lawyer with Cox & Palmer, will be at the helm as of Wednesday with Geoff Spencer to be sworn in as vice-chair and Karen Veitch second vice-chair.
The swearing-in ceremony takes place Wednesday afternoon at the Delta.
