Police are hoping the public can help in locating a man reported missing from St. John’s.
Sixty-five-year-old Michael Talbot is 5 feet, 9 inches tall with a slim build.
He was last seen in the downtown area wearing a black hoodie, black jacket and black and white sneakers.
