It has been an all-out assault on some of the walking trails in the metro region over the past few days beginning with the Mount Pearl incident on Friday.
The noise of four gunshots alarmed people in Paradise early Saturday night, prompting the RNC to again blanket trails in the Carlisle Drive area, taking to ATVs and bringing in the dog.
A man and a woman were arrested and charged with numerous firearms violations.
The trail in question is very near a school, homes and other busy walking trails.
