A 30-year-old man has been arrested and will be charged with deliberately setting fires at two radio and communications towers in the capital city.
The RNC has responded to six suspicious fires at tower sites across the metro region since the weekend, with the most recent blaze breaking out Tuesday in Pippy Park.
The suspect, who is now facing two counts of arson and two counts of mischief causing property damage, is in custody for a court appearance tomorrow.
RNC says the investigation into the remaining four fires is ongoing.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
