A woman who had outstanding warrants against her chose to use her feet when police approached her in the downtown area yesterday afternoon.
The 30-year-old was spotted by the RNC in the area of Livingstone St. and Carter’s Hill Place at about 3:30. They caught up with her after a brief foot chase.
The 30-year-old was held in the lockup overnight.
