A woman has been charged after taking her frustrations out on vehicles parked in downtown St. John’s.
Police were called to Livingstone Street around 12:30 this morning after a woman was seen smashing the windows out of cars parked on the street.
The 27-year-old was arrested and charged with property damage and breach of court order.
