One person was rushed to hospital after a transport and a passenger vehicle collided on the TCH in Grand Falls-Windsor around midnight Wednesday.
RCMP say the small car and the commercial transport were each westbound near the weigh scales when the crash happened.
The injuries to the driver of the car are not life-threatening. The 22-year-old truck driver, who is from Ontario, was not injured but was ticketed for driving with undue care and attention.
