A man has been charged with impaired after a single-vehicle rollover on Topsail Road last night.
An off-duty RNC officer reported the crash just west of Commonwealth Avenue around 11:00 p.m.
The lone occupant, a 29-year-old man, showed signs of drug impairment. He was taken to hospital where he completed a blood test.
Results are pending, however police were able to lay a charge of impaired driving based on the initial investigation.
The man, who remains in hospital, was also issued several tickets.
